How are handling and delivery counted?
Handling usually takes 1–2 business days after authorization. Carrier travel is then estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. Review the Shipping Policy for tracking guidance.
May I change my mind about an unused item?
Eligible new and unused non-defective merchandise can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. We also review defects, damage, incorrect goods, missing pieces, and material description differences. Exchanges may be available after review.
How are labels and refunds handled?
First obtain approval. The parcel includes a free prepaid label, and eligible approved returns have no restocking fee.
