Before a parcel leaves the store
Successful payment authorization starts normal order handling of 1–2 business days. Carrier travel begins after the order is dispatched and is not included in the handling period.
Delivery movement
After dispatch, transit is expected to take 4–6 business days. Carrier conditions, holidays, severe weather, or a corrected address can add time. Checkout identifies the service offered, its charge, and the order total in USD.
Finding shipment help
We share tracking details when the carrier makes them available. If tracking stops, a package seems lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact iveluqivod13@gmail.com with the order reference and tracking number.
