What we consider for return
Eligible new items may be returned for both defective and non-defective reasons, and exchanges are considered. A changed-mind or wrong-choice item must still be new, unused, and in original condition. An item that is damaged, defective, mis-shipped, incomplete, or materially different from its listing may be reported without a requirement that it remain pristine.
Requesting review
Within 30 days after delivery, email iveluqivod13@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and pictures or video where a product concern needs explanation. Do not mail the item until approval supplies the correct return address and route.
Package label and outcome
Every package includes a free prepaid return label. Ask us for assistance if it was not received or was lost. No restocking fee applies to an eligible approved return. Exchange availability is subject to stock and review. Once a refund is approved, we process or initiate the original-payment-method refund within 10 days. Financial institutions may need additional time to post the result, and legal rights are preserved.
